2. Tickets & Bookings

 

 

  • Tickets for TeaHom sessions and events are sold via the website and processed securely through Stripe.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Tickets grant access only to the specific session, date, and time indicated at the time of purchase.

  • Entry may be refused if capacity limits are exceeded or if house rules are not respected.

 

 

 

 

3. Payments

 

 

  • Payments are processed online via Stripe.

  • In some cases, payment may also be accepted on site by card or cash, as indicated during booking.

  • All prices are shown in HUF and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

 

 

 

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

 

 

  • Tickets are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

  • If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@teahom.com.

  • In case of event cancellation or significant changes initiated by TeaHom, ticket holders will be informed and offered a refund or rescheduling where applicable.

 

 

 

 

5. House Rules & Conduct

 

TeaHom is a quiet, shared space devoted to presence and connection.

By attending, guests agree to:

 

  • Respect the calm atmosphere and other guests

  • Move gently within the space

  • Avoid disruptive behavior, loud phone calls, or extended video meetings

  • Follow guidance provided by TeaHom hosts

 

TeaHom reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if these principles are not respected.

 

 

 

6. Liability

 

 

  • Guests attend TeaHom at their own risk.

  • TeaHom and Teander Kft are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Participation in tea ceremonies, tastings, and events is voluntary.

 

 

 

 

7. Privacy & Data Protection

 

 

  • Personal data collected during booking is used solely for reservation management, communication, and legal obligations.

  • Payments are handled securely by Stripe; TeaHom does not store credit card information.
